Creative Wolf strives to provide high-quality design services that meet client expectations. Due to the bespoke nature of our offerings, our refund and cancellation policy is outlined as follows:

Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:

    • Refunds are only available if a client cancels the project before any initial drafts or deliverables have been shared.
    • Once initial drafts or deliverables have been shared, the project is considered in progress, and a refund may no longer be eligible.
  2. Partial Refunds:

    • For projects divided into phases, partial refunds may be considered if only a portion of the project has been completed.
    • The partial refund amount will be based on the percentage of work completed up to the cancellation point.
  3. Non-Refundable Deposits:

    • Deposits or initial payments made to reserve Creative Wolf’s services are non-refundable, as they cover the preliminary planning, resources, and time dedicated to the project.
  4. Refund Processing Time:

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after the refund request has been confirmed.
    • The refunded amount will be credited to the customer’s bank account or original payment method, depending on their bank’s processing times.
  5. Disputes and Resolution:

    • If a client is unsatisfied with any deliverables or encounters an issue, they are encouraged to contact Creative Wolf directly to discuss possible resolutions before seeking external dispute resolution.
