Cancellation Policy

Project Cancellation by Client: If a client wishes to cancel a project, Creative Wolf must be notified in writing. Any work completed up to the cancellation point will be billed, and any deposits made are non-refundable.

Cancellation by Creative Wolf: We reserve the right to cancel the project due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a prorated refund may be issued for incomplete work.

No-Show or Inactivity: If the client fails to respond for more than 15 business days, the project may be considered abandoned. A re-engagement fee may apply if the project is resumed.
